According to the geometric size of the part, the processing route, cnc machine manufacturer，the starting point and the end point of the geometric elements on the part contour and the center coordinates of the arc are calculated.
⒊Write processing program
After completing the above two steps, according to the function instruction code and block format prescribed by the numerical control system, write the processing program sheet.
⒋Enter the program into the CNC system
The input of the program can be directly input into the numerical control system through the keyboard, or into the numerical control system through the computer communication interface.
⒌Inspection procedure and first piece trial cut
Use the graphic display function provided by the CNC system to check the correctness of the tool path. Perform the first trial cutting of the workpiece, analyze the cause of the error, and correct it in time, until the qualified part is trial-cut.
